3.    Kampot, Cambodia

4.    Luang Prabang, Laos

It will slow down your pulse and awaken your imagination with its combination of top-notch comfort and spiritual nourishment. Spend hours photographing its  mix of Lao and French colonial architecture or dine in its lovely, boutique hotels.

5.    Krabi Province, Thailand

Krabi is no less of a beauty than the amazing Andaman and Nicobar islands. Surrounded by its trademark gigantic limestones structures that curve alongside the coast, crossing or climbing these rocks is no less than a saga of adventure. Krabi is for everybody, right from rock climbers to cast away peeps. Rock climbers can find their nirvana in Railay while cast away peeps can find their way to Ko phi phi, Ko lanta or other islands that cover this 120 km long beach shoreline.

THINGS TO DO: Once in Krabi, head straight to The Emerald pool which is an unusual low land forest area complete with a nature’s trail and a crystal-clear pond.

6.    Bagan, Myanmar

If you wish to explore a mysterious land, then Bagan is just the right place for you. This city is purely for all those people who adore temples, pagodas and other ancient structures. One of the striking beauties of Bagan is the red-brick Pagoda that rises above the flat land like a beacon of light on the dusty eastern shore of Myanmar’s greatest rivers.

THINGS TO DO: Take a hot-air balloon ride as there is no spectacular way to witness the beauty of Bagan than this. Also, enjoy the sunset at one of the monuments along the Ayeyarwady River.
